ASQ Audit Conference Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally things do happen that prevent you from attending a program for which you have registered. If you find that you cannot attend the 2017 ASQ Audit Conference, here is what you can do:

SEND A SUBSTITUTE. Substitutions can be made at any time (even on-site!)

CANCEL. Cancellations can be made any time prior to the start of the conference. Requests for cancellations and conference fee transfers will be handled as follows: Nonpayment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.

  • 1 week out from the event: 100% fees paid will be forfeited
  • 2 weeks out from the event: 75% fees paid will be forfeited
  • 3 weeks out from the event: 50% fees paid will be forfeited
  • 4 weeks out from the event: 25% fees paid will be forfeited
  • 5+ weeks out from the event: 0% (full refund to be given)

Note: Registrants who fail to attend without providing notification of their inability to attend are responsible for the entire conference fee. ASQ Audit Division reserves the right to cancel, reschedule any event, or to change speakers.
